馃敶 We have closed our first case under the Digital Services Act.

TikTok has committed to permanently withdraw the TikTok Lite Rewards programme from the EU.

The platform has also committed not to launch any other programme which would circumvent the withdrawal.

We will carefully monitor TikTok's legally binding commitments. Any breach would immediately amount to a breach of the DSA and could lead to fines.
