Tropical storm Debby is currently churning inland near the coast of Georgia. Shortly it will exit to the Atlantic ocean, restrengthen in the warm coastal waters, bend northwards and make landfall again on the coast of South Carolina. It will expected to dump a ton of rain in the Carolinas, 12-20 inches worth, with higher local amounts.
It will then continue on its rain-dumping romp across VA, Washington D.C., NYC and Boston.
