There is a typo in the middle, an extra "I" on "IIt" on the paragraph that starts with "But you know what? This is tech, and tech is different.IIt’s different because it’s flexible."

Thanks for explaining the collective action plight of academics so well again to people in other fields. For recognizing the resistance that we've mounted over the decades. It's good to be noticed for fighting the good fight. Academics are also workers.
