@pluralistic thank you for scratching that “Bork Doctrine delenda est” itch.

There’s another itch to scratch about regarding climate, the lost 2nd leg of climate change. Ecological restoration and sponge city design are not simply a matter of flood control, co2 sequestration but integral to the basic longevity of any civilization. The landscape plays a central role in regional climate and the prospects of civilization itself.
