What a dramatic start to an article: "Denise Prudhomme's bosses at Wells Fargo insisted that the in-person camaraderie of their offices warranted a mandatory return-to-office policy, but when she died at her desk in her Tempe, AZ office, no one noticed for four days."

@mtechman Cutting out all those windowpanes in The Gimp was surprisingly fiddly work, but it was worth it. The background is a public domain NYC nighttime skyline photo from the Library of Congress's' digital collection.

@pluralistic Thank you!! I have Gimp, just assumed you have wonderful graphic design helper - but it's you! Totally inspiring.

On my list (just got back from China and S. Korea, but am still jet hag) - I want to learn how to use Gimp etc to make digital art that looks like paper and collage...
