The Mastodon user-interface experience (desktop web browser) is abysmal. Every post hidden behind a 'Show anyway' and every image hidden behind a 'Sensitive Content' Am I missing something - Is there a better tool to use?

@pluralistic Quickie comment there: I worked at Google a long time ago, and had some familiarity with their logging system (written by two comp sci greats with a laser-like focus on privacy).

Because of such concerns, most programs were actually not (at the time) even allowed to see results with too few users behind them, and by "not allowed" I mean, "These programs were written in a language that prevented the developer from even knowing these results existed."
