Something I noticed about the virality of #ElonMusk and his #trans daughter Vivian Jenna Wilson was how some "neutral" parties and even supposed allies misgendered her, particularly by Quote-Tweeting posts by right-wingers on X/Twitter. It feels like a really clear example of how that social network and its continued cultural relevance are poisoning discourse.
